Neighbors, Update on Hearing/apartments

In communication with JC Planning and here is what I found out.
1) Hearing is set for January 3rd at 6pm. BE THERE!
2) County Commissioners have approved single family homes (70) and town homes (78), but they have not approved the current request to change it to apartments (204) and single family homes (53).

If anyone has any additional information, please post it. Also, talk to your friends at the local schools and surrounding neighborhoods. This will have an impact on us all.
