Where is the bill? I know it's almost April and still no bill.....not that I'm complaining. The item that is putting a hold on everything is the pool. The HOA board is getting together soon to discuss the issue. As I understand from the ladies with Kohn-Ell, the issue lies with who the pool is deeded to, the developer or the homeowners. This will determine if our dues are $300 or $600. We should hear something by the end of April.
